Riverfront Condo close to Broadway!

Great stay. A couple nitpicks for the host but all in all was real nice. Nice view of the river and boats going by. Nice covered parking area. Quiet area. Easily walkable to Germantown and walkable to downtown/Broadstreet but expect around a 30 min walk. Felt like a safe area.

Had a great stay, bed was comfy and place was very clean. Was about a 22 minute walk to broadway

Kellie was amazing and we loved this place. Super clean and had everything we needed. We also loved the fun record player. We’ll be back again for sure.

Wonderful host who was friendly, responsive and accommodating. The condo was clean and was decorated very modern! Please note there is ongoing construction on a huge building in front of this complex. However, it did not go into the evening hours affecting sleep.

The view of the river from the balcony near the highlight of our stay. Even though it was very hot outside we could sit and enjoy watching the boats on the water. The Condo is perfectly decorated and has everything you need. The covered parking area is great for providing shade for the car. We explored Germantown nearby and The Nashville Farmers market is 5 minutes away . I would love to come back on cooler weather but will wait till hwy I 40 is repaired.

Super close location to Nissan Stadium. We loved using the electric scooters and bikes to get around Nash that were at the complex. The condo itself was very clean, decorated well and had everything we needed for our short visit! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town. Thank you!

We had a great time in Nashville. The only complaint we have is the back porch was covered in spiderwebs and I don’t like spiders 🤣. The little groundhog made up for that. He was absolutely adorable and would come running when he heard the back door open. We will definitely come back.

Great location good view of the river. Little pricey for 2 nights( I live in Wyoming so anything is pricey to me). But overall great place

It was a beautiful place. You’ll feel peace and calmness at her home. It has a very positive vibe and is kept very tidy.

Had a lovely time in Kellie's condo -- lovely ocation right on the river, easy walking distance both to lots of bars and restaurants in Germantown plus all the fun things to do in downtown. Yes, there was some daytime construction noise, but it wasn't intrusive at all, and the workers made sure pedestrian access was kept open as much as possible which I really appreciated! I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Nashville.

The place is lovely - super clean, clearly redone with very nice finishings. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom clean and really nice. It was all exactly as described. It was easier in and out than some other Airbnbs in downtown Nashville for sure. i would 100% recommend it, but It needs to be noted that there is a massive amount of construction going on around the place - like apartments/ condos and when it’s all complete I’m sure it’s going to be incredible, But that is probably atleast a year from now and the noise is constant M-Sat beginning around 7:30am. But this is not owners fault - Just be warned - bring ear plugs !

Kellie’s place was a nice little quant pad to hang at. Very clean and was decorated beautifully! Kellie was an absolute gem to communicate with. She went above and beyond with accommodations & trying to make sure we were taken care of. The river was peaceful & we enjoyed it. Also, there is a groundhog that lives right outside of the room, which apparently makes an appearance frequently lol Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

I stayed here while in town for business. A very comfortable and clean condo. Quiet location. Beautiful view of the Cumberland River and wildlife visitors at the balcony each morning. Kellie was very accommodating of my special requests.

Place was perfect! Away from the nightlife, but close enough to walk to. Mattress was a plus, slept really good on it. Had everything we needed. Cozy blankets in living room were perfect. Place was decorated elegant yet cozy.

We very much enjoyed our week here in this quiet little slice of paradise!!! Watching the river is so calming and peaceful. The place is so clean and has everything needed for a home away from home. The hosts were extremely accommodating and prompt in their response to any questions we had. A+++++ hosts!!! And the bed is so comfortable, we are considering getting one like it for home! We give Kellie's place our highest recommendation!

If you get a chance to rent this property don’t pass it up!!! The unit was updated and very clean. The location was perfect, easy walk to Nissan Stadium, Broadway street and the Germantown District. Kellie is the perfect host. Her recommendations for dinner were spot on. Check in/out instructions was very easy to follow. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!!

Very close to downtown. We walked everyday to Broadway. The building is right on the river with a great view. Kellie's place was very clean and looked just liked the pictures. We had no issues with anything. Definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great place, close to all the sights in downtown. Kellie was super responsive and very helpful with check-in instructions and local recommendations for our family. Cute little apartment that was cozy and comfortable for us and our two little kids (ages 8 and 5). We loved Nashville!

We had a great stay! It was so nice to be right on the river and we walked to a number of restaurants, breweries, etc. Parking was super easy, which was a nice bonus. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd absolutely stay again!

Kellie’s place was nicely done and extremely comfortable. We got really great rest here. The location had lots of places to walk to. Parking was on-site which we appreciated. We loved being on the water and watching the groundhogs! We would definitely return to this location again.
